Each bedroom, bathroom and office/den will receive at least one photo. Key areas such as the kitchen, great room, master bedroom/bathroom will receive one to two photos. Front and rear exterior photos will be taken as well. This will usually net around 20-25 photos depending on the size of the house.

A standard Commercial or New Construction shoot will start about an hour before sunset for the best natural light. Each bedroom, bathroom and office/den will receive at least one photo. Key areas such as the kitchen, great room, master bedroom/bathroom will receive one to two photos. As the sun starts to set, the exterior back and front will be shot for the “twilight exterior” look.
